I knew from my early childhood that hospitality was the career that I wanted. To be able to make others happy is the greatest profession in the world.  

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is to see our employees and guests happy and if I can exceed their expectations, it is an amazing feeling.

My advice for students is to always do what you love. If you love what you do, it will show in your everyday performance and will help you to become even more successful. The key is to not stop searching until you find what you love to do.  There are three key words for success; Honesty, Loyalty and Hard work.
