Prestigious Award for SEG – Executive Director, Academic, Emanuel Donhauser

SEG Executive Director, Academic, Emanuel Donhauser received the prestigious Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Fondation Award for Excellence in Training, Education and Development in the Hospitality Industry award at the 29th EuroCHRIE Congress in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

The Awards Ceremony took place at the magnificent Revelin Fortress in the walled city. The President’s Award went to Othmar Müller who is retiring from the Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Foundation. Prior to receiving his Award, he officiated for the last time to present the Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Award to Emmanuel Donhauser, Executive Director, Academic, for the Swiss Education Group (SEG) which operates several of the leading Hotel Schools in Switzerland : SHMS, HIM, IHTTI, DCT and “César Ritz” Colleges. The Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Foundation Award is presented to ‘honour a professional who has demonstrated excellence in training, education and development work in the hospitality industry’.
