3 Culinary Arts Academy students heated up the kitchens of Ecole Ritz Escoffier learning signature Ritz dishes from some of the best chefs in the business.

It was one very memorable week for 3 aspiring chefs who received a 5-day hands on training session from the prestigious Parisian cooking school housed at the Ritz Paris. The legendary Ecole Ritz Escoffier is truly unique in the world and emphasizes French know-how and fresh ingredients.

On the search for seasonal products, our students walked in the shoes of a true French chef through an exclusive tour of the famous Paris Rungis International Market – the largest wholesale market in the world! Closed to the public, this market is a true landmark of the city with a history that reaches back to the 10th century. Waking up at 4:00am for this experience was worth every minute of sleep that was lost.

Thanks to the partnership between César Ritz Colleges and Ritz Paris, our students will be able to look forward to more exclusive and unforgettable experiences of this kind in the future.
