What SEG Offers
Within SEG Schools or at the corporate headquarters, the Swiss Education Group offers a unique international work environment with over 30 different nationalities from all continents. It values gender equity and has a balanced male / female ratio.

SEG strongly emphasizes work-life balance and a high quality work environment. SEG provides many staff benefits, among which the following can be named as examples:
- SEG supports continued training of its staff members. Staff development may take place via a number of alternative methods including: meetings, attendance at conferences, trainings (up to BA, MA or Doctorate), specific courses and summer training sessions conducted in-house.
- SEG staff members can benefit from special prices in a number of shops, restaurants and other facilities in the areas of Montreux, Leysin and Neuchâtel by showing their SEG staff member card.
- SEG organizes an annual incentive trip for 20% of the SEG staff. The trip is a distinctive opportunity to get together and to acquire further knowledge of different hospitality environments. Previous incentive trips have for instance taken place in Las Vegas (2008), Morocco (2009), Croatia (2010) and Istanbul (2011).
- Each staff member can have one meal per day within one of the SEG schools.
