Connor Lamb

Assistant Dean, Swiss Hotel Management School

After nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and nearly as long in leadership positions in Canada, Bermuda, Hawaii, and Switzerland, Connor joined Swiss Hotel Management School in 2014 at the Leysin campus, where he was involved in leading the bachelor’s program. Moving to the Caux campus in 2018, he was the first program manager and is now the assistant dean responsible for the day-to-day managerial aspects of the academic programs, paired with lecturing and liaising with the hotel operations teams.
In addition to his extensive international hospitality experience, Connor holds two master’s degrees, one in international hospitality management and the other in higher education. His topics of interest include facility design, hospitality trends, yield and revenue management, and leadership.

Carlos Walter

Career Coach, Swiss Hotel Management School

Carlos Walter is a hospitality management professional with over 20 years of experience in hotel management and personal development coaching. He has worked for companies such as Melia Hotels International, NH Hotels, Club Med, and others. Carlos holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management. As an internship and career coach at the school since 2015, he is responsible for the career path development of students.

Anita Saphira Santoso

Bachelor student, Swiss Hotel Management School

Anita, from Indonesia, is currently in her final semester of the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Events Management. As part of her studies, she has successfully completed an internship at The Ritz-Carlton in Penha Longa, Portugal. Anita is following the hospitality and event management pathway and will share with you her experience as event manager of a student-run event, the World of Hospitality.

Solveig Erla Sigurdardottir

Bachelor student, Swiss Hotel Management School

Solveig, from Iceland, is in her final semester of the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Design Management. She will give you insights into student life at Swiss Hotel Management School, and tell you more about the option of combining your hospitality studies with design.

Juan Martin De La Rosa-Soiza

Bachelor student, Swiss Hotel Management School

Juan Martin, from Argentina, is in his final semester of the Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management. As part of his studies, he has completed two successful internships - one at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and one at The Ritz in London. He will share with you his study experience and journey through these three years of the bachelor’s program.

Daniela Walser

Head of Events and Visits, Swiss Education Group

Daniela Walser oversees open day events and visits on the six campuses of the Swiss Education Group schools, allowing potential students and their parents to experience their future school – either virtually or in person. The aim of these events is to allow students to get a clear picture of the study program, campus facilities, and student life by interacting with faculty and students.
