Ulrika Bjorklund

Dean, Hotel Institute Montreux

Ulrika Bjorklund has held the position of Dean of Hotel Institute Montreux since 2012, a position she is uniquely qualified for, having managed hotels and resorts in Europe, the US, and in the Caribbean. She has an MA in Education from the University of Derby (UK).
Ulrika knows first-hand how Hotel Institute Montreux’s unique education model provides an incredibly strong foundation for ambitious students, many of whom have graduated to follow amazing career paths. She credits three factors in helping set HIM graduates apart from the rest: American business education, Swiss hospitality, and a global learning environment.

Rebecca Wallace

Northwood Program Manager, Hotel Institute Montreux

Dr. Rebecca Wallace received a BSc from the University of Edinburgh (UK) and a PhD from the Natural Environmental Research Council unit at the University of Sheffield (UK). She launched a successful career in business, working within a task force for implementing new technology, then took on the role of a project manager, running global systems for an international bank. Since relocating to Switzerland and returning to academia, Rebecca now oversees the BBA and MBA programs at Hotel Institute Montreux.

Mamiko Reeves

Assistant Vice President and Dean of International Programs, Northwood University

Dr. Mamiko Reeves' responsibilities at Northwood University include oversight of International Program Centers (IPCs), study abroad/exchange programs, SEVIS compliance, campus internationalization, international admissions, the Intensive English program, and international student support. She earned a BA in communications from Nanzan University (Nagoya, Japan), an MA in counseling from Central Michigan University (US) and EdD in organisational leadership from Northeastern University (US).

Daniela Walser

Head of Events and Visits, Swiss Education Group

Daniela Walser oversees open day events and visits on the six campuses of the Swiss Education Group schools, allowing potential students and their parents to experience their future school – either virtually or in person. The aim of these events is to allow students to get a clear picture of the study program, campus facilities, and student life by interacting with faculty and students.
