Connor Lamb

Assistant Dean, Swiss Hotel Management School

After nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and nearly as long in leadership positions in Canada, Bermuda, Hawaii, and Switzerland, Connor joined Swiss Hotel Management School in 2014 at the Leysin campus, where he was involved in leading the bachelor’s program. Moving to the Caux campus in 2018, he was the first program manager and is now the assistant dean responsible for the day-to-day managerial aspects of the academic programs, paired with lecturing and liaising with the hotel operations teams.
In addition to his extensive international hospitality experience, Connor holds two master’s degrees, one in international hospitality management and the other in higher education. His topics of interest include facility design, hospitality trends, yield and revenue management, and leadership.

Carlos Walter

Career Coach, Swiss Hotel Management School

Carlos Walter is a hospitality management professional with over 20 years of experience in hotel management and personal development coaching. He has worked for companies such as Melia Hotels International, NH Hotels, Club Med, and others. Carlos holds a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management. As an internship and career coach at the school since 2015, he is responsible for the career path development of students.
