Tanja Florenthal

Dean, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland and Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland

Tanja is passionate about entrepreneurship, sustainability, and innovation and enjoys sharing her knowledge with students. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, an MBA from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from the University of Derby. She is currently pursuing her doctorate.

Sara Caetano

Career Coach, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland

Sara Caetano is passionate about hospitality, tourism, and travel. Having extensive work experience in the hospitality and cruise industries, Sara enjoys teaching, coaching, and helping young hospitality professionals achieve their goals and dreams. She has a degree in languages, literature, and cultures with a major in communication and culture, as well as a postgraduate degree in management of touristic destinations from the Higher Institute of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril, Portugal.

Katerina Filbert

Product Marketing Manager, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland

Katerina Filbert has over 10 years’ experience working in international companies in Saint-Petersburg, Paris, and now Switzerland. She has held various marketing positions in the manufacturing and finance sectors, before moving on to hospitality and education. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Business Communication from Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics, and a master’s degree in International Management & Marketing from Paris UPEC. Katerina joined Swiss Education Group as a Product Marketing Manager for César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in 2021.

Suyapa Ching Galdamez

Suyapa, from Honduras, completed her Bachelor's degree at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, and is currently doing her Master studies at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Brig campus. She will share her study experience and give you an insight into the student life.
