With over 130 alumni representing all five schools in attendance, this was the largest alumni reunion organised in Thailand. The alumni list included graduates from as far back as 1994 to as recent as 2017.

The event started off on a high with a welcome speech by Guest-of-Honour Mr. Pierre Hagmann, Chargé d‘affaires at the Swiss Embassy in Bangkok. He remarked on Swiss Education Group’s continued efforts in engaging with alumni through such events. He also commended the Group’s role in shaping relevant and quality education experiences that truly prepare students for their future careers.

It is impressive to see so many alumni gathered, sharing fond memories from their days in Switzerland. An event like this is also about sharing professional networks and creating opportunities for each other. I wish all alumni of Swiss Education Group continued success in your respective careers

Also in attendance at the reunion was Ms. Tanja Florenthal, Academic Director of Cesar Ritz Colleges Switzerland (Le Bouveret) and Mr. Alain Muller, Programme Manager at the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland.

I’m certain the founders of all our schools would have been proud to be here and see our alumni exceling in different careers. Our alumni’s success represents the success of our schools and my wish for all students and alumni is to never stop the learning process and continue upgrading themselves,” said Tanja Florenthal.

It was my great pleasure to be at the reunion in Thailand. I met so many of my former students and hearing about their careers in the culinary field throughout Thailand really warms my heart and makes me very happy,” commented Alain Muller.

Speeches were followed by a lucky draw that saw six lucky winners receiving F&B vouchers ranging from buffet dinners to Champagne Brunches at the F&B outlets at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. Alumni and guests continued mingling over a delectable dinner buffet spread and a DJ entertained the crowd throughout the night.
