Expanding the foundations of culinary arts

Tell us about joining Culinary Arts Academy as a direct entry student…

After completing my first year in Culinary Management at the University of Derby, I decided to apply for a direct entry into Year 2 at Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland. There, the course structure combines theory with practice, and I was given a solid foundation in kitchen fundamentals and entrepreneurship. Thanks to the partnership with the University of Derby, I will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
