Produced twice a year and created by CAAS students, Brigade is dedicated to sharing the stories, lessons, and insights gained during internships across the global culinary industry. Each edition captures what it truly means to step into professional kitchens: working under pressure, mastering technique, and discovering where creativity meets discipline.

From Michelin-starred restaurants to dynamic food concepts, these stories reflect the fast-paced, demanding, and deeply rewarding nature of culinary careers.

Through honest reflection and global perspective, Brigade offers insight into the realities of working in the culinary world — the challenges, the growth, and the moments that shape future chefs and entrepreneurs.
